SERMON SERIES – THE MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS: New series begins Sunday, December 4th. Have you ever considered how Christ’s coming into the world changed history, brought peace and hope of salvation, and affects you personally? Join us this December as we discover the Miracle of Christmas!
Do you have a heart to volunteer your time? Do you like kids, greeting, helping people to feel safe, or talking to people? We could use your help on Sundays. Contact Dick DeBoer or Roger Doctor to let them know of your interest.
HAND TO HAND: is looking for Christmas Elves. H2H is a holding a hat/glove and cozy sock drive. There are designated boxes at the H2H table. Collections will be taken until December 11th.
CAROLING: On Wednesday, December 16 meet here at 5:20pm and travel to The Village at Park Terrace and Christian Manor to bring some holiday spirit to the residents there. Come back to the church afterward for cookies, cocoa, and fellowship.
ADOPT A FAMILY: Join us for this year’s adopt a family. Collections will be from November 27th – December 18th.
PACK AND WRAP: Terri Albrecht is looking for helpers to pack food bags and wrap the hats/gloves and socks you so generously gave to our local kids. If you want to loan us your hands for an hour or so, meet at the church on December 13th at 6:30pm.
CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING: Did you know our church council meets on a monthly basis? Do you have ideas you wish to present? Attend a meeting and have your voice heard. Our next meeting is Monday, December 12th at 7:00 PM.
