CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE
Did you give away your invite yet?  There’s still time to invite a friend to the Christmas Eve Service on Monday, December 24 at 6:30PM!  We will sing carols, read the Christmas story, and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies!  See you there!

BOOK CLUB – TONIGHT

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES MEETING
The new Children’s Area is almost completely done!  YAY!  All Children’s Ministry Team members need to get on the same page with this new area.  So, plan on meeting on Sunday, December 16 at 9:30AM to coordinate the efforts of each ministry.

ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be December 16   after the worship service.  We approve the budget and talk about important things happening at Celebration.  Pick up the proposed budget from the Info Booth.  Contact your Elder if you have questions for the meeting.

YOUTH MINISTRIES CORNER
Progressive Christmas Dinner & White Elephant Exchange — Dec. 16, 5:30-7:30PM.  – We will start and end at church.  Bring a friend and a White Elephant Gift to exchange.

PRAYERS
Please join us in prayer for these requests.  This is the work of us ALL as the body of Christ!

Pray for the family of Bob Anderson, Roger (Sheri) Doctor’s friend, at Bob’s passing last week.
Pray for those who will come to the Christmas Eve service.  May God do great things in their heart and lives!
Pray for those buying gifts for our “Adopted Family” at Celebration.
Pray for Lynn Pluger who is in the ICU at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids. She has a blood infection and low blood pressure.
Pray for new job opportunities.
Pray for the preparations of Pastor Jim from 1st Pres. Church who is taking a sabbatical to Israel in January.
Pray for Pastor Jeremy’s Mother in Law who is sick.
Pray for resolved tensions in family relations.
Pray for good changes this year in so many areas of life: personally, church life, friends, work, journey with Jesus.
Pray for our youth group students and leaders.
Pray for Thelma Bergman and Mike Kalinowski who are recovering from recent eye surgeries.
Pray for family members who do not know Jesus yet.  May God give us opportunities to show them Jesus and help them overcome obstacles to faith.
Praise God for those who invite and bring family/friends to church.
Praise God for our guests at Celebration this Christmas.
Pray for Deseray, Michael, and Spirit who are our “Adopted Family” this Christmas.
Praise God for those who faithfully contribute to the ministries at Celebration Community Church.  May God bless both the gift and the giver!
Pray for the search process for the next Director of Worship Arts.


World Missions Prayers: NIGER
Pray for focused efforts to evangelize those under the age of 15, half of the overall population.
Pray for speed and accuracy for the workers translating the Scriptures for many barely reached people groups.
Pray for a visible Christian presence in society and peace among struggling believers who feel isolated.
