This Week at Celebration

FOOD TRUCK
We are on the schedule for August 29th.   We will not know if the truck will come pre-boxed or not until the 28th.  We are trying to plan for both, as we will need more volunteers if it is not pre-boxed.  Please let Mindy know if you would like to help.

THANK YOU
We would like to thank all those who donated to our wheelchair, canes, crutches, and walker drive.  They were taken to International Aide yesterday, so they can send them out to  get refurbished.  Also, a huge Thank You to all that helped get them there.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY
The next Women’s Bible Study will be August 26th in Sandy Hazelmyer’s back yard at 10 am.  It will be held in her back yard, so there can be the appropriate social distancing.  There will be one the following week also,  where they will then go every other week.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT PRAYER MEETING
Wednesday Night Prayer meeting will be meeting this week at 6:45 in classroom

BOOK CLUB
The next book is “The Bookshop of Yesterdays,” by Amy Meyerson. It will be at  the Grand Traverse Pie Co. on  September 9th, at 6:30 pm.

SUPPER CLUBS
I have gotten the sign-up sheets made so they will be available Sunday.  There are three:  Potluck group, Restaurant group and Let’s cook together group.  They will be at the information booth for a month or so.

WELCOME TO CELEBRATION CLASS
We are holding a new Welcome to Celebration class for those interested in learning more about Celebration, and would like to become members.  We are looking at the later part  August or September.  Anyone interested, please let Pastor Matt or Mindy know.
