BOOK CLUB
The next Book Club meets August 22, 6:30PM at the Grand Traverse Pie Co.  We’re reading “The Book That Matters Most” by Ann Hood.

We know you are sad but summer is closing out!  Invite a friend August 26 as we celebrate a great summer and look forward to a great fall season!

GROUP LIFE

PRAYERS
Praise God Lynn Pluger felt well enough to attend church again after her battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma.
Pray for the construction work in the Children’s Area and money needed to complete the work.
Pray for “Kendra Slater, 16, who just found out she has stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphona.”
Pray for “Cody who has Leukemia.”
Praise God for those who responded to the gospel message at Unity fest this past week!

Pray for religious freedom that would facilitate a loving and persistent witness to Muslims.
Pray for the Malay people, one of the world’s largest unreached people groups, to be evangelized both at home and abroad.
Pray for an end to the ever-increasing pressure on Malaysians to adopt shari’a law.
