THANK YOU!
Last week Sunday we had cupcakes after the service. Apparently we didn’t eat enough of them because there were almost 30 extra! So we thought of who would benefit from these scrumptious treats. Mrs. Cooper, a Kindergarten teacher at Lakeside Elementery School, said her class was so thankful for the cupcakes they had at afternoon snack time. Great job people!
BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY
So many people at Celebration have come back after long “vacations” from church. It was the encouragement and invitation of a friend or co-worker which led them back. Do your part by inviting your friend or family member back to church on September 16. We trust God will do his part too.
YOUTH MINISTRIES KICK-OFF
Our summer events are over and the school year has started. On September 16 we will start our Youth Ministries for 2018-2019. We have great events organized and faith-building lessons planned. It all begins with a potluck picnic after church. See you there!

Pray for Kendra, John’s wife, and Diane who have cancer.
Pray for those with back issues and the pain which accompanies it.

Pray for Erin, Patti Lacy’s friend, who just found out she is pregnant and her husband will be deployed for 10 months soon.

World Missions Prayers: PRAY FOR MOLDOVA
Pray for lifeless traditions and religion to be replaced by a radical love for Jesus.
Pray for children abandoned or trapped in poverty to find their future and hope in Christ.
Pray for bearers of the Gospel to be trained and sent to the hundreds of villages with no witness.
