WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY: The next meeting of the Women’s Bible Study will be July 14th, from 10-12 in the Fireside Room. The book the women are studying is “The Longing in Me,” by Sheila Walsh.
BOOK CLUB: The next book is “Tell the Wolves I’m Home,” by Carol Rifka Brunt . It will be at Grand Traverse Pie Company on July 14th at 6:30 pm.
NEW SERIES STARTING JULY 18: The Best is Yet to Come (A Study of Ruth): It is common to ask in the middle of uncertainty or suffering “Does God know what he is doing.” We cannot see how any good can come from our painful situation. Yet with God, good is always around the corner. Join us as we follow the stories of Ruth, Naomi, and Boaz to see how God shows us the best is yet to come.
COUNCIL MEETING: The next council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday July 13. If you cannot be there please let Pastor Matt or Dick DeBoer know.
WE NEED YOUR HELP: With the church opening back up fully, we are in need of help to get our volunteer positions back up to fully staffed. If you are willing to help the church, we are in need of people to help in nursery, staff the information booth, and still need a deacon.
