Celebration’s Midweek Updates

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY
The Women’s Bible Study meets TODAY, November 20th, at 10 AM, in the  Fireside Room. Materials will be provided.

FALL CLEAN-UP  IS SATURDAY
This Saturday, November 23rd, at 9:00 AM, we will be cleaning both the inside and outside (if weather permits.)  Our cleaning crew from MOKA does a great job weekly.  We will be doing cleaning  not on their list, and just “Freshening Up.”

BOOK CLUB
The next book club book is “Little Fires Everywhere,” by Celeste Ng.  They will be meeting December 3rd  at 6:30 PM at Nipote’s Italian Kitchen.

YOUTH MINISTRIES
The youth will meet this Sunday, November 24, at 6 PM, for “Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude.”  Their next event is December 8th, from 5:30-8:00 PM at the Baird’s for their Christmas Party.  Please bring a White Elephant gift for exchange.

PASTOR MATT’S ANNUAL EVALUATION
This year, instead of handing out paper evaluations, the council has decided to go electronic.  They hope to get more of the congregation involved. It is open until December 7th.  Please take the time to fill it out to help the council, and Pastor Matt know how we think he is doing.  The link was in the midweek email, or Mindy can share it with you another way for those that do not use email.

WORSHIP AND ARTS TEAM MEETING
This Sunday, November 24th, there will be Worship and Arts Team Meeting from 12:00-1:00 PM in the Fireside Room.  Please plan on attending if you are part of the Worship Arts team, or the Audio/Visual team.

THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE
Wednesday, November 27th at 5:30 PM at New Hope Baptist Church, we will be having a potluck, and a time of worship to follow.  We have so much to be thankful for this year, so come and join us in giving thanks to God for all his blessings!
