THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE
Tomorrow night, November 27th at 5:30 PM at New Hope Baptist Church, we will be having a potluck, and a time of worship to follow. We have so much to be thankful for this year, so come and join us in giving thanks to God for all his blessings! Don’t forget to bring a dish to pass.
BOOK CLUB
The next book club book is “Little Fires Everywhere,” by Celeste Ng. They will be meeting December 3rd at 6:30 PM at Nipote’s Italian Kitchen.
YOUTH MINISTRIES
Their next event is December 8th, from 5:30-8:00 PM at the Baird’s for their Christmas Party. Please bring a White Elephant gift for exchange.
PASTOR MATT’S ANNUAL EVALUATION
This year, instead of handing out paper evaluations, the council has decided to go electronic. They hope to get more of the congregation involved. It is open until December 7th. Please take the time to fill it out to help the council, and Pastor Matt know how we think he is doing. The link was in the midweek email, or Mindy can share it with you another way for those that do not use email.
SEEKERS SMALL GROUP
The seekers small group will be meeting December 1st, right after the service. They will be studying Joshua 1-8. Check your emails from Linda about what to bring.

But what we often overlook is how the Christmas story is the most amazing event in all of world history. It is the foundation for all we believe. Join us in our new series as we discover how everything you ever needed to know is learned at Christmas.
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY
Women’s Bible Study will be meeting December 4th, at 10 AM, in the Fireside Room. Materials will be provided. Contact Brenda Swanson with any questions.
ANNUAL GIVING TREE
The Fellowship team has the tree up, a family has been chosen, and the names will be going up soon. They will be up for about two weeks. Please find it in your heart to help this family in need. A date will be announced for the gifts to be at church for delivery.
