BOOK CLUB
The next book club book is “Little Fires Everywhere,” by Celeste Ng. They will be meeting Tonight, December 3rd at 6:30 PM at Nipote’s Italian Kitchen.
YOUTH MINISTRIES
Their next event is December 8th, from 5:30-8:00 PM at the Baird’s for their Christmas Party. Please bring a White Elephant gift for exchange.
PASTOR MATT’S ANNUAL EVALUATION
This year, instead of handing out paper evaluations, the council has decided to go electronic. They hope to get more of the congregation involved. It is open until December 7th. Please take the time to fill it out to help the council, and Pastor Matt know how we think he is doing. The link was in the Midweek email, or you can use your camera/QR code reader on your phone, to scan the picture in the bulletin, and it will take you right to the survey.
COUNCIL MEETING
There is a council meeting this Sunday, December 8th. It will be at church from 12-2 PM.
CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE
Come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord! Join us as we Celebrate Jesus’ birth at our Christmas Eve Worship Service! Mark your calendars, December 24th, from 6:30-8:00 PM.
ANNUAL GIVING TREE
The tree is up, a family has been chosen, and the names will be going up today. Please find it in your heart to help this family. December 22, is the date to have the gifts at church for delivery.
CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
There is a congregational meeting Sunday, December 15th, after the service. We will be voting on an elder, and going over the upcoming year’s budget. Please plan on attending.
BOOKS FROM THE LIBRARY
Hand 2 Hand Ministries needs more room, YEAH!!!! With that being said, we are removing the library at church. Any of the books that are currently out on the tables in the Fireside Room, or still in the Library, are free to a good home. If you want any of them, take them. What ever is left on December 17th will be donated.
