HAND 2 HAND: Due to the construction at Campbell, the staff is running behind on a few things. There will be no pack for Hand 2 Hand this week (or next) due to this. Terri and Sheri will keep us informed when they are given more information.
CONTINUING SERIES: Jonah: Have you ever been asked to do something you didn’t want to do? What did you choose to do? Regardless of how you responded, God is the God of second chances. Join us in this new series on the story of Jonah. We’ll explore the path of Jonah and how it might help us in our journey to surrender. This week: Jonah Prays
BOOK CLUB: The next book is “The Dutch House” by Ann Patchett. It will be next week at the Paisley Pig, Wednesday, October 20th at 6:30 pm.
OASIS: Oasis begins this Sunday, October 3, with a 9:30 am OASIS Team meeting the same day. It will be going every other week in the beginning, possibly switching to every week, shortly.
TRUNK OR TREAT: We are looking at hosting a Trunk or Treat this year on either Friday, October 29th, or Saturday, October 30th. We are trying to gage if we could get enough people to make it worth hosting the event for the community. There is a sign up sheet on the information booth for us to gage the interest.
PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH: Starts this Friday, October 1st, and lasts for the entire month. The Fellowship team has a basket in the narthex for cards and notes for Matt. Let’s show how much we appreciate all he does for Celebration.
