Celebration Midweek – Dec. 6

YOUTH GROUP CHRISTMAS PARTY – Sunday, December 10, 6:00PM at church.  Bring 4 things: 1) a White Elephant Gift, 2) food for the meal, 3) an Ugly Christmas Sweater, and 4) a friend you’ve invited to the party!  There will be lots of games and food!  See you there!

NEW DIRECTORY – This is the last week to update your information for the new pictorial directory.  We planto have it ready before Christmas.  Remember, this is one of the ways we use to help people to connect with each other at Celebration.  Please contact Lynn Pluger or Pastor Matt to update your information.

ADOPT-A-PERSON – This year we are adopting individuals who have no family or family support: 5 students from a nearby Christian college and 4 homebound seniors.  Please wrap the gift and place the name tag on top.  Then, bring the gift to church by December 17.

PRAYERS
Pray for Mike Kalinowski’s daughter, Katie, who is having some medical issues.  She is in Blodgett Hospital.
Pray for those in need of forgiveness.  Pray for those to be willing to grant forgiveness too.
Praise God for “spiritual talks”.  May we be more bold to bring Jesus into our conversations.
Pray for family gatherings coming this month.  May the love of Jesus be the reason for the season.
Pray for those who will be celebrating Christmas for the first time without certain loved ones who have passed away this year.
Pray for financial stability for families with money/spending problems.
Pray for those battling addictions.
Pray for Brandon Eenigenburg’s friend’s dad who died of Cancer this past week.
Pray for Lacy Hentschel who is experiencing shoulder pains.
Pray for our college students who will be taking semester exams soon.
Pray for those relationships are in turmoil.
Pray for those who are feeling low, rejected, and alone.  May God show them how they are priceless in his eyes.
Pray for peace in our world in a time when it seems so far away.
Praise God for Ein Yount, nephew of Terri Albrecht, who plans to be baptized on December 10.  May God bless his Journey with Jesus.
Pray for Brenda Lange and the work of Orphan’s Unlimited in Mozambique.
